BUILDING 14: FORMER PABST RESEARCH LAB

The former Pabst Brewery Research Lab was purchased in March 2008 by the Bando Chmura Group. This 28,000 square foot, four-story, Cream City brick building is being converted into office and classroom space for the primary tenant, Cardinal Stritch University. The fourth floor will be a penthouse, with nine foot floor-to-ceiling windows on three of the four walls. It will also have an outdoor wraparound deck with spectacular views of the west, east, and north sides of downtown Milwaukee and its suburbs.

BUILDING 15: FORMER PABST PAINT SHOP

The former Pabst Brewery Paint Shop was also purchased by the Bando Chmura Group in March of 2008. This 14,000 square foot, three-story, Cream City brick building has roughly 5,000 square feet of potential office space on each floor.
